HVAC Sales Engineer
- Full-Time
As the HVAC Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining productive relationships, within an assigned territory, with engineers, architects, mechanical contractors, general contractors, and owners. ElitAire is a provider of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and services for new and existing buildings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Growing the Business - establishing new customer contacts / increasing sales to existing customer base.
- Cultivate effective long-term relationships with customers/potential customers through regular and meaningful contact.
- Analyzing the territory, develop, execute, and monitor sales and product trends and programs.
- Project designing / building systems with onsite walk-thru support along with full proposals, as well as performing plan/spec takeoffs when applicable.
- Managing multiple priorities consistently.
- Ability to maintain detailed and complete records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineering degree; required
- 3+ years Commercial HVAC or other complex technical system sales experience; required
- B2B experience; required
- Highly organized
- Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
