CNC Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift

As a Maintenance Repair Technician (CNC) on the 2nd shift, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our CNC machines. Your responsibilities will include:

• Tear down machinery to diagnose issues and repair or replace defective parts, adhering to safety regulations.
• Possess a basic understanding of PLC logic and machine programming (Mcode/Gcode).
• Adjust equipment to meet specifications and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions using knowledge of machine and electrical repair theories.
• Conduct electrical test operations and troubleshoot defective printed circuit assembly boards.
• Work from complex schematic diagrams, manuals, and testing procedures.
• Perform other related electrical or mechanical duties as directed.
• Detect and report any unusual cases to proper supervision.
• Use judgment to follow instructions, prescribed routines, and make decisions.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Journeymen or three (3) years of documented maintenance experience in an industrial electrical/mechanical trade.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
• Relocation benefit offered for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Four (4) years or more of documented maintenance experience in an industrial electrical/mechanical trade preferred.
• Background in machining and electrical equipment.
• Two-year degree in electronics with mechanical experience or military electronics experience.
• Experience with hydraulics.
