TYPE: PART TIME (MONDAY – THURSDAY)

SHIFT: 8:30A – 5:30P (1 HOUR LUNCH)

START PAY: $18 PER HOUR

REQUIREMENTS: **MUST BE BILINGUAL**

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate for this position must be fluent in both English and Spanish. They must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and be able to type at least 50wpm with minimum errors. They must be able to work with minimal supervision. They must provide excellent customer service at all times, while representing the company. We are looking for a team player!

JOB DUTIES:
 Verify Insurance
 Process Prior Authorizations
 Create ADA Forms
 Call Denials
 Schedule Denials
 Retain No Show Patients
 Intervene in Appeals (when necessary)
 Translator
 Collect payments
 File Charts
 Schedule Consultations & Exams
 Any other duty assigned by the Business Manager or Orthodontist/Owner
