The Role
This role will be responsible for creating, building, and maintaining Operations schedules across PS locations to ensure our team can deliver the PS experience for our members. We are expecting for this role to be able to work across multiple departments, including HR, and establish SOPs for scheduling based on each department’s needs.
This role will also be responsible for building and reporting operational KPIs to support each PS department leader. The position is supported by a team of direct reports and will report to the Vice President of Airport Development with a dotted line to HR.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Leading a team that is responsible for building weekly and monthly schedules for all PS operational associates.
- Ensures appropriate level of staffing for all departments based on operational and budget needs.
- Create companywide scheduling SOPs and establish best practices.
- Leading the creation of PS labor standard model based on PS operations for each department.
- Engaging with multiple PS departments to balance the schedule with business needs to ensure optimal daily staffing.
- Audit time and attendance for all associates.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience.
- Minimum 10 years of scheduling experience.
- Experience with labor standards and payroll metrics and reporting.
- Demonstrated proficiency using ADP software (Scheduling, Timecards and Reporting modules) required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.
- Need to be a quick thinker with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening + background check
- Collection of SSN as part of the background check process will be required

This is a full-time on-site, exempt salaried role. The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 (based on experience).
