Depending on your potential, this role can make between $18-$25 an hour. High performers can be considered for sales-based bonuses.

👍 An ability to clearly and promptly communicate with dispatch, your manager, and the warehouse/inventory team.

👍 Experience with water quality testing. Certification is a plus, but not required.

👍 Fluency in English. 

What Will You Do?

First off, you will commit to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Always.

You will be conducting ride-alongs with experienced plumbers to learn the ropes and apply your training on calls. 

We expect you to develop the skills required to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions - All Trades and Warehouse Departments

To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces. You will regularly lift 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
