Job Description

Position: Solderer (Electronic Assembly)

Job Location: Stacy, MN

Compensation: $17-24/hour DOE

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (730-4pm)

Job Details:

Perform hardware rework on printed circuit boards
Assembly using a variety of documents including reword instructions, engineering drawings, schematics
Microcircuit assembly by manually aligning parts
Repair and overhaul older devices and replace defective components
Verify correct part placement and perform inspection using microscope

Applicant Requirements:

High School Graduate or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1-2 years previous experience SMT Soldering
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings
Ability to identify components used in assembly and soldering process
IPC J-STD-001 Certified a plus, but not required
