POSITION OVERVIEW:

Hyzon Motors Inc. (NASDAQ: HYZN) is a technology-driven hydrogen company with a singular mission to revolutionize energy by leveraging our leadership in fuel cell technology and building the hydrogen ecosystem. We are a global company focused on commercializing hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in the trucking and logistics sector.

We are searching for a Global Systems Engineering Coordinator. This position will report to the VP of Global Systems Engineering, providing program management and coordination of globally shared sub-systems for fuel cell powertrain integration. This individual will utilize their program management skills, technical acumen, and global coordination skills to efficiently move sub-system developments forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and maintain a sub-system quality gate process that supports top level platform quality gate timing and development

Planning of global resource requests for allocation of resources from internal and external resource pools

Work directly with VP of Global Systems Engineering to ensure programs are on time and within budgets
Create and maintain a visual management board as needed to support alignment of programs.

Other tasks may include: alignment of internal programs with customer vehicle platform timing, facilitating technical reviews and global engineering workshops,

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience leading technical development programs to production
Curiosity to learn about fuel cell technology, hydrogen, and clean technologies
Understanding of the soft skills required to move an organization forward.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to distill information into knowledge and present graphically
Ability to understand the vision, anticipate needs, and takes initiative to accomplish the tasks
Knowledgeable on PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Project

Preferred Qualifications:

Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, or Software)
Technical background in automotive/trucking development
Optimistic attitude and personal drive to accomplish a task
