About Us
Applikate Technologies is a forward-thinking team of medical experts and engineers building hardware and software that transforms the diagnosis of human tissue (pathology). We have developed a multi-element platform technology that will do for pathology what the digital camera did for photography, eliminating manually intensive sample processing, automating throughput, and implementing direct-to-digital imaging for more accurate diagnoses while lowering costs and speeding time-to-treatment. Our platform includes reagents, injection-molded consumables, a fully automated laser scanning microscope, and cloud-based viewing software.
We have a fast-paced collaborative culture focused on producing new technology that solves real problems in medicine. Every one of us is an integral part of our mission and we work together to meet our ambitious goals.
We seek individuals who enjoy a challenge and are ready to roll their sleeves up and get to work. They should not be afraid to ask for help and should enjoy learning new things, even if it is just a new way to complete a familiar task. They should stay focused on the goal but be flexible to adapt to changes in plans. They should work well independently, collaboratively, and effectively manage the team’s deadlines and goals, including working well as part of a local and virtual team, seeking to stay connected with colleagues daily.
