Job Summary:

MYOS CORP, a NJ-based medical nutrition company that sells all-natural animal health supplements to veterinary clinics, is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic and growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and an interest in the veterinary health industry. As a Sales and Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, generating leads, and helping to expand our presence in the veterinary supplement market. Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.

· Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and routing specific requests to the appropriate sales team member.

· Sales Support: Assist senior sales staff with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing customer follow-up.

· Database Management: Maintain and update sales and customer records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

 

· Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to gather insights that can help in tailoring our sales strategies.

· Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets in terms of customer outreach and lead generation activities.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

· Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.

· Strong desire to learn about the veterinary supplement industry and sales processes.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and experience with HubSpot/CRM software is advantageous.

· Ability to travel when required.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.

· Ability to quickly learn and understand product offerings and the veterinary industry.
