Job Description
· Coordinate drivers’ route schedules.
· Developing methods to decrease costs and improve efficiency.
· Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules.
· Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles.
· Managing vehicle licensure and registration.
· Ensuring all fleet members have proper license and up to date training.
· Monitoring Drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices.
· Providing reports on schedules, maintenance, and fleet progress.
· Ensure that drivers follow their designated working hours.
· Manage drivers’ attendance and behavior.
· Securely store driver records.
