JT's Grill in De Soto, KS is looking for food runners/expeditors to join our 43 person strong team. We are located at 33255 Lexington Ave Ste C. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, reliable, and organized. You will be working as the liason between the front-of-house staff and the kitchen staff. Most shifts you will be working with another Expeditor to deliver prepared dishes to guests in a timely and efficient manner. Extremely fast-paced during peak meal times. With hourly pay rate you also receive end of shift tip out and free meals.
Responsibilities
- Plate preparation and plate presentation.
- Organizing kitchen cooking tickets.
- Beginning of shift set-up.
- End-of-shift cleaning.
- Running of prepared plates to guest tables.
- Liason between serving staff and kitchen cooking staff.
Qualifications
- This is an entry level/trainable position.
- Must be organized.
- Must work cleanly and within health code guidelines.
