We are seeking a part-time registered licensed nurse for our RN Supervisor position. This candidate is responsible for supervising and coordinating the operations of the nursing unit on a specific shift.

Schedule: (2) 12-Hours shift 7:00PM – 7:30AM Every Other Weekend

Essential Duties:

• Free floating to monitor and supervise all nursing operations on the units.
• Mentor/develop the clinical and supervisory skills of Charge Nurses.
• Monitor operations of the units to ensure quality resident care, staff relations, and efficiency of service.
• Work with staffing coordinator on scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduated of an approved school of nursing.
• Experience as a registered nurse in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Current valid license nursing license.
• CPR Certification (Basic Life Support) is required.
• IV certified, knowledge of PCC is a plus.
