Position Requirements:

• A Master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution with a major in English, literature, linguistics, or applied linguistics, OR MFA in writing or creative Writing OR 18 graduate semester hours in English, literature, writing, linguistics, or applied linguistics AND a master's degree OR a master’s in English education AND the following: Demonstrated teaching experience consistent with the course(s), reference from supervising teacher or principal supporting college level teaching potential. Documented teaching done through the part-time hiring process using the Course Observation Form by the official start date (August 2024).
• This position may require online, mixed-mode, and face-to-face teaching modalities.
• Please note that you will need to establish Florida residency within 30 days from your start date if selected for this position.
