Role
Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Associate (also known as Production Assistant, Manufacturing Operator). You'll be a crucial part of our custom compounds production, following written and verbal instructions, verifying manufacturing numbers, documenting production information, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Advanced skills in blending operations, extruder operations, troubleshooting, and leadership are highly sought after.
