SALARY: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE

The ideal BCBA candidates will possess the following:

· Current BCBA certification and completion of 8-hour supervision course required by BACB.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with ASD or developmental disabilities.

· Minimum of two-years of experience supervising behavior technicians.

· Experience developing treatment plans including functional behavior assessments and writing behavior intervention plans.

· Experience using ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK and other similar assessments.

· A desire to continue learning and stay current in research and applications within our field.

· Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

This BCBA opportunity is also available as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities of a BCBA:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
• Develop and implement parent training and support programs
• Provide field supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians
• Provide support and mentorship for Registered Behavior Technicians
• Develop, manage, and oversee Progress Reports and Treatment Plans
• Provide training and support to RBTs
