Project Manager (PM)

Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV - Full-time - Not a remote position

Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager (PM) to provide contractor test team leadership, subject matter input, and test support on the Digital Theater Logistics Plan (DTLP) Joint Feasibility Study (JFS) team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain JFS focus on proving the test feasibility for the development and testing of operating instructions describing the business rules and data architecture to develop a Digital Theater Logistics Plan.
  • Lead contractor responsible to the DTLP JFS Director for the daily operations of the DTLP JFS contract team.
  • Work with the JFS Director, Joint Test Support Cell and sponsoring organizations to develop and present the project's Program Master Plan to the Technical Advisory Board and Senior Advisory Council to gain successful charter decision from the Director for Strategic Initiatives, Policy, and Emerging Technologies (SIPET), Directorate of Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E).
  • Conduct project in accordance with (IAW) the Joint Feasibility Study Director, Joint Test Support Cell, and JT&E Handbook.
  • Responsible for developing and executing the project's work breakdown structure (WBS), conducting weekly team meetings, developing monthly reports, reviewing and adjudicating monthly invoicing for labor and travel expenses.
  • Responsible for the development and delivery of all contract deliverable items IAW the DTLP contract which includes but is not limited to the Project Master Plan, input and assistance to the Consolidated Resource Estimate for the two year Joint Test, the conduct of the Joint Warfighter Advisory Group, conduct of TTP/CONOPS writing groups, initial test venue coordination and conduct of various project vetting boards and councils.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the contract team composed of DTLP Subject Matter Analyst, TTP/CONOPS developers, PMP Book Boss, and the Operations Research Systems Analyst.
  • Additionally responsible for the tracking of the project team's labor and travel budget IAW FARs and contract budgetary limits.

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • 5-8 years' experience managing and leading small technical test and evaluation teams.
  • Experience developing Operating Instructions.
  • Experience performing analysis of alternatives to determine baseline requirements; conduct gap analysis to achieve government's end-state vision.
  • Ability to work as a constructive member of a team comprised of military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
  • Willingness to travel outside the continental U.S.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite of applications.
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with technical and professional writing.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and can manage multi-tasking.

Desired Qualifications/Experience

  • 10 years DoD experience as a military and/or contractor personnel.
  • Experience with Joint Test & Evaluation processes.
  • Experience developing project and test plans.
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following: Logistics Planning in Joint Planning Process, Combatant Command (CCMD) /Service HQ experience in mobility/redeployment planning, IT, data architecture experience, and Infrastructure Analyst with a focus on DoD budgetary processes.

Eligibility: Must have current Top-Secret Clearance, SCI eligible.
