IKRUSHER is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to support our Farmington Hills, MI facility in day-to-day operations on a full-time basis.

The Role:

The Warehouse Associate completes the daily operational activities of packing, shipping, receiving, and distribution.
He/she ensures all is accomplished accurately and promptly while providing support to the rest of the organization.

Qualifications:

Proven warehouse experience of 2-3 years.
Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other types of warehouse equipment.
Adequate knowledge of warehouse data or management systems.
Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
Team player with exceptional organizational skills.
Minimum physical requirement, ability to lift to 25lbs.
High school diploma or Associate's degree.

Responsibilities:

- Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse teams.
- Update and maintain inventory count in the ERP system.
- Organize stock locations and maintain inventory.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Organize warehouse space.
- Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
- Check, verify, and fill customer invoices.
- Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and labeling.
- Abide by all company safety policies.
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily.
- Perform other duties that may be required.
- On-site Monday-Friday for the working hours (9 am-6 pm)

Compensation & Benefits:

Full-time hourly.
Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
Eligible for the company’s 401k plan after 90 days of employment.
Sick hours are earned from the date of hire and are eligible to use after 90 days of employment.
7 paid holidays per year.
Eligible to earn vacation time after 3 months of employment.
