Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Field calls from property owners and county tax collectors

  • Assist Manager in collecting rents and payments on owned property

  • Process mail and pay expenses related to owned property

  • Assist Manager in processing property sales and property management

  • Data entry of expenses and payments

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products
  • Good oral communication skills
  • Experience in Real Estate is a preference
