Job Description

SITE SUPERVISOR- On Point Construction Management is seeking a qualified candidates to serve as a site supervisor for commercial construction projects based out of our Kearney Nebraska headquarters. Candidates must have some commercial construction experience. Experience in ground up single tenant/ retail/ restaurant construction is a plus. This position may require travel for approximately 4 month stretches of time depending on the project. We specialize in ground up retail construction projects throughout Nebraska, Colorado, Arizona, and the surrounding regions. Travel will likely be required for this position, but not necessarily. We currently have openings for both Travelling Site Supervisors and Site Supervisors that are generally more based in Central Nebraska. Travelling Site Supervisors command higher compensation.

Site Supervisors are responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks of a construction site as well as completing hands on construction tasks as needed. Qualified candidates must be great communicators and highly organized. The ideal candidate will be able to provide examples of their successful leadership on difficult construction projects. Must have relevant experience and references. On Point is a drug free workplace. All candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Must be a responsible team player that can lead projects through completion. Must also be able to manage your day-to-day tasks and work independently when needed. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel via airplane. Salary range is just for reference and may exceed the range based on skills and experience. Benefits package including IRA, health insurance reimbursement, and wellness allowance is also provided. Project specific bonuses are provided.
