We are a New Jersey-based construction company performing exterior envelope and roofing projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our job sites.

This role is critical to ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.


Position Summary

The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site construction activities, with a strong focus on exterior envelope systems, roofing, and related applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-focused, organized, and experienced in leading field crews and subcontractors.


Key Responsibilities

Supervise Construction Activities

  • Oversee daily job site operations
  • Ensure work aligns with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards
  • Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and workflow

Safety Management

  • Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safe job site practices

Team Leadership

  • Lead, guide, and motivate field crews and subcontractors
  • Maintain productivity and accountability on site
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment

Problem Solving

  • Identify and address job site issues proactively
  • Resolve conflicts and field challenges efficiently

Quality Control

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
