As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction to final punch-out. Your responsibilities will include managing subcontractors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, maintaining quality standards, and fostering strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Proven experience in construction management, including pre-construction, framing, blueprint reading, punch list creation, shop drawing review, renovations, change order management, cost estimating, and takeoffs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Strong leadership abilities to motivate and direct teams towards project success.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in building codes and industry standards.
  • The ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure.
