Job description

Construction Site Supervisor

R.C. Griffin is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee commercial construction projects throughout Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily jobsite operations and field personnel

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries

  • Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met

  • Enforce safety standards and company policies

  • Review construction drawings and specifications

  • Maintain quality control and project documentation

  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project reporting through Procore

  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, owners, and subcontractors

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of construction supervision experience

  • Commercial construction experience required

  • Proficiency with Procore and construction management software

  • Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and project coordination

  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents

Requirements:

  • Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL)

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Clean driving record

  • OSHA 10 Certification (OSHA 30 preferred)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
