  • Manage schedules, shipping conflicts, and communication between vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Enforce all company safety policies, biosecurity protocols, and site cleanliness expectations.
  • Maintain accurate administrative documentation, including project reports, CMMS updates, inspections, contract setup, and financial reconciliations.
  • Serve as the on-site liaison to production managers and CF departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and shared goals across construction and production.

What You Offer Us:
  • High school diploma required; additional construction-related education or certifications preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of construction experience, ideally with exposure to scheduling, subcontractor coordination, or site supervision.
  • Strong understanding of general construction processes, materials, phases, and vendor coordination.
  • Class A CDL with valid medical certification.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors, timelines, and site activities with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; ability to update CMMS and project tracking tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with professionalism, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and work extended hours as needed to meet projects deadlines.
  • Motor Vehicle Requirements: Because this position may require operating a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement, any offer for this position is contingent upon the review of your motor vehicle record (MVR). The MVR will be reviewed to determine insurability based on CF's insurance carrier and company policy.

What We Offer You:
  • Take advantage of hands-on leadership opportunities, ongoing training, and clear career advancement paths within a collaborative team environment that values hard work, accountability, and personal growth across all levels of the organization.
  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, a flexible spending account (FSA), life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, paid time off bank, an employee assistance program (EAP), and more.
  • Be an active part of an organization that gives back to the community in many ways - including feed programs that support local farms, food shelf programs, food support for veterans, agriculture education and promotion, FFA/4H support, charitable contributions, etc.
  • A company that has a passionate purpose for food safety, animal welfare, and for living its core values every day - respect, integrity, excellence, adaptability, and innovation.
  • A culture that fosters employee growth, hybrid work options, promotion from within, and a highly team-oriented workplace environment.
