Job Description:
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive, cost effectivehealth care to families which includes assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
according to the standards of advanced nursing practice.
Educational Requirements:
Graduate of an ANA accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Master’s Degree in Nursing required.
Experience Required:
Minimum of two years of relevant experience preferred as a Nurse Practitioner preferred with demonstrated ability to work independently.Professional Licensure/Special Skills and Certification Required:
Current licensure by Massachusetts Board of Nursing. Nationally certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Current DEA/Mass Controlled Substance license for prescriptive authority. BLS required.AA/EOE
Reporting Relationship:
Reports directly to the Chief Clinical Officer
