Essential Job Functions:

• Position responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:
• Take ownership of automated integration test system
• Develop new automated integration tests
• Enhance capabilities of the test system for a new generation of the product
• Other duties as assigned

Education: BS/BA degree required in Computer Science or related engineering field

Experience:

• 5+ years Python development in the context of embedded systems
• 3+ years' experience with developing or testing physical devices
• 2+ years of Linux OS
• Medical device experience or experience in a regulated industry

Skills (Required):

• Knowledge of communication protocols, data acquisition, and physical controllers
• Strong experience with software development tools, version control, communication protocols, and development process

Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with real-time operating systems
• Experience with unit testing of embedded software
• Experience with microcontrollers and FPGA's
• Physical: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to infrequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on several factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for our employees and their dependents, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a generous PTO policy, and new hire stock options.
