Highway/Roadway Senior Engineer & Highway/Roadway Project Engineer

ALL-Ways Engineering is seeking an experienced Highway/Roadway Senior Engineer or Highway/Roadway Project Manager to join us at our San Antonio office.

What you bring:

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong design knowledge in transportation is required.
• This position requires a demonstrated leader with a broad knowledge of transportation and the processes required to develop design packages utilizing state design standards.
• Manage a team of designers, technicians, project engineers for successful project completion.
• Duties include oversight of the preparation of plans, technical specifications, quantity takeoffs, and construction estimates in accordance with state design manuals and standard drawings.
• Experience utilizing AASHTO, Texas MUTCD, and TXDOT standards.

Qualifications:

• EIT certification or Professional Engineer (PE) in TX required. 
• Knowledge and/or experience with Open Roads and Open Bridge Designer, MicroStation, ProjectWise, Bluebeam
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills
• Technical understanding of highway/roadway design standards including horizontal and vertical geometrics, drainage, utilities, traffic signals, signing, lighting, erosion and sediment control practices, stormwater management, and specifications

• Excellent compensation, bonuses bringing compensation up to $120,000 to $145,000 per year or more. Depending on the level of experience
