Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients pre, during, and post-surgery
- Monitor patient vital signs continuously and modify anesthesia levels as required
- Work in tandem with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to formulate a tailored anesthesia plan for each patient
- Offer post-surgery pain management solutions
- Remain abreast of the latest trends and innovations in anesthesia methods and drugs
- Keep thorough and precise medical records regarding patients' anesthesia care
- Engage in research endeavors pertinent to anesthesia
Qualifications:
- Background in delivering acute care anesthesia in hospital environments
- Solid understanding of anesthesia-related procedures
- Well-versed in the use of durable medical equipment (DME) for anesthesia
- Capable of providing exemplary anesthesia care to adults
- Involved in research pertaining to anesthesia methods and their effects
- Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy in relation to anesthesia
- Adherence to stringent infection control protocols to minimize the risk of healthcare-associated infections
