DUTIES:
Prospective candidates will be responsible for:
1. Utilizing the knowledge nursing education and experience to deliver remarkable care to Geriatric Psychiatric patients.
2. Ensure all nursing processes are followed according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
3. Direct operations of the Geriatric Psychiatric Unit and collaborate with the Emergency Department and Med/Surg Unit to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. The position requires current Alabama RN Licensure
2. One to three years of previous psychiatric experience preferred,
3. BLS certification is required. T
he successful candidate will promote customer service initiatives and strive to provide remarkable service to our patients, visitors, and physicians.
