Senior Paralegal

PARALEGAL

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is one of the largest family law firms in California with the state-of-the-art offices in downtown San Diego. We are hiring an experienced paralegal to assist with family law cases. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to case management, drafting documents, ensuring all deadlines are met, organizing files, and preparation of documents to the court.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in family law litigation
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent
• HS Diploma a must.
• Superior time management.
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
• Knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure, California State Court rules and procedures
• Ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to investigate, document and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Must possess the ability to generate trust and build relationships with co-workers.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times to protect the privacy of employees and clients.
