Job Title: Hardscape Professional Installer

Pay: $18.00-$35.00/hour depending on experience

Lochness seeks a skilled and experienced Hardscape Professional Installer to join our team. As a leading provider of high-quality hardscaping, lighting, and landscape solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Install various hardscape features such as patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens.
• Prepare worksites by ensuring proper ground excavation, grading, and compaction.
• Construct solid foundations and structures using concrete, pavers, natural stones, and other hardscape materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate interpretation of project plans and specifications.
• Operate and maintain a range of tools and equipment necessary for hardscape installations.
• Adhere to industry standards and best practices to ensure the safety and longevity of hardscape installations.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the installation process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hardscape installation, including the construction of patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.
• Extensive knowledge of hardscape materials, such as concrete, pavers, natural stones, and their installation techniques.
• Proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment related to hardscape installation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Monday through Friday availability- 7:00 am start, occasional long shifts if needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: At least 40 per week, Year-round work.

Experience:

• Hardscape: 3 years (Preferred)
• Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)
• Heavy Equipment Operation: 2 years (Preferred)
• Low Voltage Led Outdoor Lighting Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Drainage, Erosion Repair, and Difficult Land Repair: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In-person. The shop is located in Wright City.
