Job DescriptionMedical practice offering non-invasive depression and OCD treatment throughout the state with locations in Newark, Dover, and Lewes. We are looking for an energetic and motivated person for a full-time or part-time position in our Newark Location.Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalency (GED) 1+ year(s) of customer service OR experience in a medical office setting Experience with basic computer software and the ability to learn electronic medical records Excellent people skills Excellent communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:At least some college credits with a basic undergraduate degree in Biology, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Neuroscience are preferred. College graduates interested in pursuing additional education in medicine or related fields can use this job as a clinical experience to further their career.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Providing daily TMS treatment to patients in Newark...
location Contact with health insurance companies for new patient evaluations Working site-by-side with a physician to evaluate patients for TMS treatment Scheduling patients independently and managing the patient schedule Daily patient contact and interaction in a physician office setting Monthly patient reportsOn-site training will also be provided to operate and treat patients with depression using the TMS machines in the physician office setting. Experience in mental health services or with health insurance authorizations is preferred.Hours are 9-5 but are flexible depending on patient scheduling.
