Customer Service Representative I Office Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the leading face of the company, representing Visionary Broadband in a professional manor
- Provide excellent, personalized customer service to all new and existing customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish a positive rapport with customers as well as teammates
- Maintain and support a positive, uplifting team environment
- Answer incoming calls regarding new residential service and products inquiries
- Perform outbound Residential sales calls and follow up on all residential Leads
- Sell Residential internet and voice services to potential customer to best fit their needs and in support of meeting individual and team sales goals
- Qualify customer locations for service using various software tools and platforms
- Create new accounts and schedule installations as well as other job types as needed
- Assist current customers with basic needs, service-related questions, general billing questions, and customer resolution
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
- Successfully manage and maintain a personal ticket queue
- Work closely with management to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company or department policies
- Responsible for successful opening and closing of the office each day
- Greet and assist all walk-in traffic
- Assist and work closely with TAC in support of walk-in customer needs
- Assist with inventory counts as needed
- Office cleaning as needed and stocking office supplies and snacks
- Prepare and mail deposits, as directed by Accounting Department
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Knowledge Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide the highest standard or Customer Service
- Proficient in knowledge of our products and services
- Proficient in knowledge of company and department policies and procedures
- Proficient in operation of multi-line phones system and phone queue
- Proficient in operating and navigating Customer Service Software Platforms
- Proficient in basic problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates acceptable level of sales abilities
- Proficient in multitasking
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to operate and navigate a computer as well as Microsoft office suite and Google maps
