Automotive Technical Training Apprentice

The Technical Training Apprentice will cross-train to deliver instructor-led Technical Training courses to Dealership and Fleet Technicians, as well as Corporate Personnel.
Must be willing to relocate.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• While under the program, travel will be required to support needs at all the training centers in the U.S. along with mobile training support.
• Prepare for and maintain the highest-level of technical proficiency in all skill areas.
• Maintain training vehicles, specialty tools, hand tools, classrooms, course hardware, components, and diagnostic equipment.
• Assist in all phases of the curriculum development process.
• Manage individual course registration, roster processing and how to advise dealers and fleets on training needs.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience as a technician or instructor
• Ability to interact effectively with various personality types
• Strong communication skills -- written, verbal and platform
• Ability to multi task and work in a rapid paced environment
• Familiarity and ease with office automation programs (G suite, Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Knowledge of service diagnostics procedures
• Mobile and willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S.
• Once prepared and the skill set is identified for a specific market, the candidate will be notified of the open position and will have 15 days to accept the move to the open position.
• If the candidate chooses not to accept the position, they understand that this will be considered their resignation from the Apprentice program.

Preferred Requirements:
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology
• ASE Certified - Automotive
• Multilingual
• Previous work experience as a Technician in a dealership and or experience delivering automotive technical training curriculum
• Teaching skillset
