We are seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join our client's firm located in Yardley, PA. As a vital member of the team, you'll provide crucial support to the attorneys in the foreclosure practice area.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full file from opening to closing
Draft and review legal documents
Communicate with clients and appropriate representatives and lawyers
Ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain calendar
Qualifications:
2-5 years of paralegal or related legal experience in the foreclosure practice area ( preferably creditor's rights)
Proficient in legal research
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a sense of deadlines
Familiarity with Tempo and Black Knight legal software
