Precision Sheet Metal Mechanic Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and reliable precision Sheet Metal Worker to join our fabrication team. You will be using press brakes, turret punches and a laser to fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal pieces. Our ideal candidate can be trusted to work independently and create metal parts that meet client specifications.
Sheet Metal Worker Duties and Responsibilities
- Review blueprints to determine tools and measurements
- Experience working with Turret punch, laser and press brake
- Use hand and power tools and equipment to cut and assemble metal parts
- Install and repair metal machinery as needed
- Follow all safety protocols when using equipment
- Maintain and inspect tools regularly to ensure they remain in good working condition
Sheet Metal Worker Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 and above years of experience preferred
- Familiar with metalworking tools and equipment
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
