Job Description
This position will be full time, $16 per hour to start with future growth and higher paying opportunities with consistent demonstrated competency and quality workmanship.
EXPECTED HOURS: Monday - Fri 8 AM - 4:30 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make quality electrical connections using crimping and splicing methods
- Perform soldering, fusing, or welding operations with extreme attention to detail and according to industry standards
- Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
- Learn and adhere to safety procedures at all times
- Fabricate and/or assemble products using proper tools (such as pneumatic tools, reamer, drill, ratchet and sockets, impact wrench, etc)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated reliable attendance
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with other technicians
- Ability to take initiative and at times work on multiple projects without supervision
- Willingness to participate in safety measures / training
- Strong communication skills
