Job Description

Acara Solutions is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer to join our client located in Henderson NV and help to solve interesting and complex problems in the world of automation

Relocation Assistance

Collaborate with other developers to design and implement a highly usable and scalable software system to be used within industrial applications
Analyze and evaluate technical tradeoffs for every decision
Test and debug to improve the quality and to optimize performance
Ensure reliability, availability, and maintainability of the software
Architect efficient data interfaces to interact with other modules
Participate in all steps of the development process, from design to maintenance

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience in the application of software engineering principles, theories, concepts, and techniques

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Eagerness to learn new technology
Hands
-on experience in developing scalable software systems
Experience with version control such as Git
Experience with C, C++ and/or Java (Bonus: Qt experience)
Ability to understand and apply knowledge of object
-oriented analysis, design, and programming techniques
Strong attention to detail
