Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Agent at ALPHA ELECTRIC LLC, you will be the frontline of our customer interaction, responsible for providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

- Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions.

- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and technical support.

- Document and update customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels when necessary.

- Contribute to team goals by achieving individual and team performance metrics.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and related tools.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the electrical services or products industry.

- Familiarity with technical support and troubleshooting.
