Role: Senior SAP WM & Order to Cash Business Analyst

Role Description: The Senior SAP WM & Order to Cash Business Analyst must have at least 5+ years of experience. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the implementation and support of the North American SAP ERP 6.0 Application.

You will be focused on delivering systems analysis, requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation and maintenance activities for the enterprise business system for Warehouse Management, and Order to Cash or Procure to Pay expertise.

The following requirements must be met for the ERP Analyst position:

- 5+ years of working with SAP specifically configuration and user support for WM (Warehouse Management, SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management in a manufacturing and repair facility.

- Ability to work and understand complexity with Serialized products.

- Expertise understanding and configuration with Handling units

- Must have completed at least one full lifecycle of SAP WM including after Go-Live Support.

- Very strong understanding of sales and distribution processes and configuration within SAP.

- Understand the integration to other SAP modules of SAP PP, PM, IM, PS, CS.

- Experience working with discrete manufacturing companies.

- Very good understanding of S&OP processes

- 3+ Years of leading and co-ordinate work for small to medium projects, improving business processes.

- Must speak and understand English fluently and have excellent communication skills.(Written and Verbal)

- Must have working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Project and Project System integration.

- Must be a results-oriented motivator with a "can-do" attitude and strong leadership abilities, organizational skills and flexibility to manage various priorities.

- Perform moderately complex system and business process analysis, identify inadequate or inefficient systems and recommend alternatives to reduce cost or increase efficiency. This position requires a fair amount of critical thinking and problem solving with varying degrees of complexity.

- Contribute to project estimating and planning efforts -providing input/clarity on business requirements and options to implement those requirements.

- Ability to coordinate multiple assignments/projects simultaneously.

- Responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines

- Prepare/lead training, change management and information sessions for end users.

- Manage own workload, accurately estimate effort for tasks, and work with business users on priorities/goals, and work towards meeting those goals

The following experience would be a plus:

- PMP Certification

- Setting up, configuring, and support PS, PM, PP, QM, IM, FICO modules

- Experience with ABAP, BAPI’s

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
