We are searching for someone with knowledge of industrial robotics and programing to join our Americas IML Containers team. The ideal candidate has skills in mechatronic systems, mechanical systems, industrial robotics, and motivation to grow with our company. Experience in injection molding is a plus.
Job description, under the supervision of the Americas Technical Manager:
- Trouble shoots existing IML robot tooling.
- Design program for new tools of IML robots.
- Improve and follow the productivity of the IML Robot.
- Program and install AI vision for a new product.
- Improve vision program on existing products.
- Make mechanical and electrical trouble shooting on IML robots and injection press.
- Travel throughout the Americas (North & South).
Requirements:
- Knowledge Rockwell software programing
- Knowledge of vision system programming
- Knowledge of Servo Drive
- Knowledge in pneumatic / hydraulic control
- Knowledge of the C++ programming
- Mechanically inclined
- Valid passport/ willing to travel
- Self-motivated
- Team oriented
Good to have:
- Knowledge of injection molding
- Knowledge of IML process
- Knowledge of Fanuc robot
