Software Developer

Location: Remote, with preference for candidates in Pennsylvania or surrounding states.

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain existing applications.
• Write code following object-oriented design and patterns.
• Develop SQL queries, table views, functions, stored procedures, and indexes.
• Interact with clients to troubleshoot bugs and support development issues.

• Ability to analyze information and solve problems.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with the team and clients.
• Demonstrated sense of ownership, urgency, and pride in work.
• Attention to detail and enthusiasm for the work.
• High degree of personal motivation and a positive attitude towards fulfilling organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of Software Development Fundamentals.
• Proficiency in .Net or Java programming languages.
• Experience with databases, specifically SQL or Oracle.
• Junior to mid-level experience, with 2 to 3 years in software development.
• Motivated and eager to learn new technologies and skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Powerbuilder or other Visual Programming languages.
• Any experience with AWS Gov Cloud.
