Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Min 7 yrs + of exp of financial & operational leadership/ at a surgical center
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for business/strategic planning, financial reporting, process and quality improvement, and management of surgical centers/staff
- Implement short and long-term plans to meet/exceed financially strategic goals
- Deliver on PNL, KPIs/metrics
