Position Title: Graphics Manager
Location: USAWC - Carlisle Barracks, PA
Clearance: Secret

Position Responsibilities:
Manage-plan-oversee graphics support; Design for print-digital media, infographics, logos, and large format displays. Design, layout, and reproduction of text, images, and illustrations. Create and manage digital signage content, and oversee playlist displays. Design-curate-manage digital wall content.

Perform duties as an alternate to the Project Manager. Oversee daily support operations; Manage Funding; Deliver reports; Conduct after-action reviews-reports; Analyze system performance-applications-technology, provide-recommend improvements; Support enterprise initiatives: lifecycle-technology refreshes, migrations, etc.; Prepare-conduct task-project-efforts briefs as required; Oversee Quality Control Plan; Provide administrative support for contractor employees; Manage sub-contractors as applicable.

The Information Technology Services (ITS) on this task order will include the below area; as an Alternate Project Manager, you will oversee daily support of all aspects of this Task Order that include.

• Systems Support Services: Systems Support, File, Print, and Server Support Services, Endpoint Security
• Network Administration/Support
• Visual Information Support: Enterprise Media Center (EMC) Operation, Management, and Reporting, Design and Multimedia Production, Photography Services and Photo Printing, Videography Services, Podcast Production and Audio Engineering, Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation, Digital Archiving, Desktop Publishing, Custom Crafted Projects, Custom Lab Work Editing, Multimedia Production for Digital Platforms, Web Design and Development, Audiovisual Support, Live Streaming Services, Digital Sign Management, Digital Projection Wall, Auditorium/Conference Room/Seminar Room Support, Video Teleconferencing
• Service Desk Support: Equipment and Loan Services, In/Out Processing of Personnel, Information Management (IM)/IT Services and Support Training, Mobile Device Management, Office EDU 365 Administration, IPTV Support Services
• Web Services/Support: Webmaster, Design Multimedia for the Web, Academic Application Support
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) Commercial Services: Amazon Web Cloud Environment or System Support Services, Systems Cloud Admin, Network Cloud Administration, DevOps, Cloud Army Management Office (CAMO) and cArmy Coordination, Enhanced Cloud (Cloud Security), Application Development and Implementation
• Database Administration Services/Support: Database Administration Support, Database Access Control, Database Build, Database Maintenance and Tuning, Database Configuration Management
• Boomi Configuration and Integration
• Supply Operations

Position Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or Management preferred (not required); Associate or Art degree preferred (not required), HSD or GED
Experience: 4 years of work experience as an individual contributor performing tasks similar to those in the PWS; 1 year of supervisory experience required, (2+ years desirable)
