Project Engineer Manager

Salary Range: Compensation depends on experience

El Paso, TX: $85,000-100,000 annually

Centennial, CO: $95,000-110,000 annually

Location: El Paso, TX or Centennial, CO

Role Description:

The Project Manager role will work under the Director of Engineering within the Engineering department. This position will manage new product implementation into the manufacturing facility to ensure high quality, on time and cost effective delivery to the customer.

What you’ll do:

• Manage new product introduction with defined scope, criteria for success, schedule, financial impacts, risks and plant readiness
• Collaborate with Operations, Tooling, Maintenance and Engineering to ensure successful implementation of new products
• Conduct proactive and comprehensive risk management to ensure risks are identified, communicated and mitigation plans are implemented
• Other tasks as assigned

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• 15-25% travel
