Position Summary:
As a Route Sales & Service Representative at Fikes, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing a range of essential services, including product delivery, scenting, and cleaning and sanitization. You will serve as the face of our company, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support, while also contributing to the growth and success of our business. Your dedication and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining client satisfaction and driving continued business success.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing: Deliver exceptional service and products to local businesses.
Inventory Management: Assist customers in managing their inventory of Fikes supplies.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Solution Provision: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Customer Satisfaction: Uphold a high standard of customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of Fikes services and products.
Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and attention to detail.
• High school diploma/GED or higher education.
• Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.

Schedule and Pay:
Salary Base of $55k starting + Route Override Percentage + Commissions
Full-time: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends if needed (very rare)
Location: Puget Sound
