Key Responsibilities
- Input and update data into our company database with speed and accuracy
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Review and correct any discrepancies in the data
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Generate reports, charts, and graphs based on the data entered
- Sort, organize, and file documents after entering data
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- Fast typing skills; at least [50] words per minute
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
