QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Highly professional and dependable
Able to interact with students of all ages and skill levels with an understanding of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children
Excellent communication, good listening, follow-up and problem-solving skills, including high coping capabilities
Able to work harmoniously, solution and detail-oriented, accepts responsibility for maintenance
Responsible for general classroom management and supervision, which includes the personal care, hygiene and positive guidance of the children
High School diploma (or equivalent)
