Bright Ideas Childcare is hiring full-time Preschool Teachers to join our supportive early childhood education team. We are actively interviewing qualified candidates August 10–14. Eligible new hires who begin employment by August 31, 2026 may qualify for a $1,500 hiring bonus.

What You’ll Do
Create a warm, engaging classroom for children ages 3–5
Bring learning to life through play-based, hands-on experiences

Qualifications
Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher qualifications required
Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Genuine passion for early childhood education
Ability to successfully complete required background record checks

Full-Time
Center Hours: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Shared opening/closing shifts
No weekends

Hiring Bonus
Eligible candidates who meet the position qualifications, successfully complete the required interview and background record check process, are offered and accept the position, and begin employment by August 31, 2026 may qualify for a $1,500 hiring bonus.

Hiring bonuses are paid in installments: 10% on the employee’s first paycheck, 25% after 30 days of employment, 25% after 60 days of employment, and the remaining 40% after six months of employment. The employee must remain actively employed on each applicable payment date. If employment ends before a future installment date, eligibility for unpaid future installments ends.

Former Bright Ideas employees who are rehired may qualify for the hiring bonus. The hiring bonus is separate from the employee referral bonus; where the same hire would otherwise qualify for both incentives, only the greater applicable bonus will be paid.
