Business Office Manager / Admissions Assistant

 

The Business Office Manager / Admissions Assistant works in collaboration with the Administrator, Billers and Admissions Director

Duties

  • patient admitting and registration
  • patient billing and collection, third-party payer relations
  • preparation of insurance claims.
  • generate budgets, financial statements, and various reports.
  • assists the Admissions Director with resident flow, the admissions process and marketing programs for health care services

 

Requirements:

  • · Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • · Must have at least 3 years’ experience in health care financial administration.
  • Must have experience in filing applications for NJ Medicaid for long term care facilities
  • Must have experience in private pay collection
  • Must have experience in MLTSS authorizations
