POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Project Manager, Digital Content will hold a central position on the Digital team supporting digital channels for our brands, including Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Ole Henriksen, and KVD Beauty. This position will assist the Project Manager, Digital & Content with executing full project management of our digital experience from initial project kick-off through launch on various digital channels, including but not limited to site creative, site copy, performance marketing assets, email assets, and landing page experiences.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up Digital projects within our project management tool, Workfront, and help to balance workload for Digital Creative team
• Support Digital Creative team to ensure projects are delivered to spec and on time
• Maintain meeting agendas for creative reviews and kickoffs, working closely with Creative, Digital, and Brand partners
• Maintain project folder/file management within our Box drive for ease and alignment of use cross-functionally
• Develop strong relationships and clear processes with all stakeholders including Ecommerce, Brand, Marketing, Creative, Agency partners, UX/UI & Technology where necessary
• Proactively identify any process challenges, working with Project Manager to define and carry out resolutions

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a digital project management capacity in an ecommerce environment
• Proficient knowledge of programs: Workfront (or other project management tools), Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities
• Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment, meeting very tight deadlines
• Positive + self-motivated attitude, curiosity to learn and adapt to new situations, the drive to excel and succeed
