The Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Inspector, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and comfort our guests expect. This position is a hybrid role, with part time work required in Laundry.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established brand standards.
• Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff, offering feedback for improvement and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Process and clean all hotel linens, including sheets, towels, and uniforms, with precision and care.
• Operate laundry equipment, such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines, efficiently and safely.
• Inspect linens for stains and damage, ensuring that only top-quality items are returned to circulation.

Your Skills and Style:

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry operations is required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
• Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving of laundry items.
• Your schedule flexibility means you're open to weekends and holidays.
